The Opening ceremony of the 5th Whampoa class of eKontrol was held as scheduled

On July 13th 2022, the opening ceremony of the 5th Whampoa Class of eKontrol college was held at eKontrol. Chairman of eKontrol-Hao Qingjun, Vice President of Management Center-Zhong Guifa, and senior company leaders attended the opening ceremony, totally 25 outstanding students participated in this period of Whampoa Class training.

Mr. Hao Qingjun, the Chairman of eKontrol, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the 5th of the Whampoa Class of eKontrol college, expressing high hopes for the students. He hoped that the students would embrace new challenges and opportunities, face their work with truthfulness, pragmatism, and enterprising spirit. He urged them to be proud of being part of eKontrol and to work hard for the company's development, sharing the common goal of witnessing eKontrol’s achievements. Finally, Mr. Hao wished the eKontrol Academy's 5th of the Whampoa Class a complete success.

Mr. Li Pengxuan, a graduate of Whampoa Class and an engineer of R&D Institute, shared his experience of learning, growing and maturing here for the freshmen. He hoped that through his own personal experience, everyone could know eKontrol more quickly and more fast integrate into eKontrol.

Whampoa Class is the source of the talent plan of eKontrol. It will continue to achieve batches of "knowledgeable, idealistic and energetic" eKontollers. Since the first class started in July, there are 22, Whampoa students who have stayed in the company, and 3 of them have been promoted from Whampoa students to leadership positions. 18 of them have also become the backbone of the company's business. The joining of the 5th Whampoa students is another expansion of the talent team of eKontrol. They will face and experience the great development of the company 2.0 era and the great progress of the industry! Together with eKontrol, they will build up the strategic technological energy of China's automotive industry in the era of energy change.
